Narrated/Authority of
Urwah reported on the authority of his father a tradition from 'All b. Abi Talib who said: I asked al-Miqdad (to consult the Prophet). He then narrated the tradition bearing the same meaning. Abu Dawud said: This tradition has been reported with another chain of narrators. This version does not mention the word "testicles."

that Yazid bin Thabit, who was older than Zaid, said: "We went out with The Prophet (saw) and when we reached Al-Baqi', we saw a new grave. He asked about it and they said: '(It is) so-and-so (a woman).' He recognized the name and said: 'Why did you not tell me about her?' They said: 'You were taking a nap and you were fasting, and we did not like to disturb you.' He said: 'Do not do that; I do not want to see it happen again that one of you dies, while I am still among you, and you do not tell me, for my prayer for him is a mercy.' Then he went to the grave and we lined up in rows behind him, and he said four Takbir (i.e. for the funeral prayer)." Sahih

I came to 'A'isha to ask her about wiping over the socks. She said: You better ask ('Ali) son of Abu Talib for he used to travel with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him). We asked him and he said: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) stipulated (the upper limit) of three days and three nights for a traveller and one day and one night for the resident.

'Aisha was sitting by him. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: I and she (the Mother of the Faithful) do it and then take a bath.

In the presence of Aisha some people mentioned that the Prophet (SAW) had appointed Ali by will as his successor. Aisha said, "When did he appoint him by will? Verily when he died he was resting against my chest (or said: in my lap) and he asked for a washbasin and then collapsed while in that state, and I could not even perceive that he had died, so when did he appoint him by will?"

that Asim bin Damrah said: "I asked Ali bin Abi Talib about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (saw) during the day before the prescribed prayers. He said: 'Who is able to do that?' Then he told us: 'The Messenger of Allah (saw) used to pray two Rakahs when the sun had passed its zenith, and four Rakahs before the middle of the day, with the Taslim at the end.'" (Hasan)

While I and my father were with Jabir bin 'Abdullah, some People asked him about taking a bath He replied, "A Sa' of water is sufficient for you." A man said, "A Sa' is not sufficient for me." Jabir said, "A Sa was sufficient for one who had more hair than you and was better than you (meaning the Prophet)." And then Jabir (put on) his garment and led the prayer.

She replied: Some person of us reported: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) was asked about it; he said: When a boy distinguishes right hand from the left hand, then command him to pray.
