We set out with Allah's Apostles (to Mecca) in the year of the Prophet's Last Hajj. Some of us had assumed Ihram for 'Umra only, some for both Hajj and 'Umra, and others for Hajj only. Allah's Apostle assumed Ihram for Hajj. So whoever had assumed Ihram for Hajj or for both Hajj and 'Umra did not finish the Ihram till the day of sacrifice. (See Hadith No. 631, 636, and 639).

From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 10, Times of the Prayers
Narrated/Authority of Abu Huraira
The Prophet said, "In very hot weather delay the Zuhr prayer till it becomes (a bit) cooler because the severity of heat is from the raging of Hell-fire. The Hell-fire of Hell complained to its Lord saying: O Lord! My parts are eating (destroying) one another. So Allah allowed it to take two breaths, one in the winter and the other in the summer. The breath in the summer is at the time when you feel the severest heat and the breath in the winter is at the time when you feel the severest cold."

From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 42, Loans, Payment of Loans, Freezing of Property and Bankruptcy
Narrated/Authority of Abdullah bin Umar
I heard Allah's Apostle (SAW) saying, "Everyone of you is a guardian, and responsible for what is in his custody. The ruler is a guardian of his subjects and responsible for them; a husband is a guardian of his family and is responsible for it; a lady is a guardian of her husband's house and is responsible for it, and a servant is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it." I heard that from Allah's Apostle (SAW) and I think that the Prophet (SAW) also said, "A man is a guardian of is father's property and is responsible for it, so all of you are guardians and responsible for your wards and things under your care."

Narrated/Authority of Sumait bin Sumair
that Imran bin Hussain said: that Imran bin Hussain said:"Nafi bin Azraq and his companions came and said: 'You are doomed, O Imran!' He (Imran) said: 'I am not doomed.' They said: 'Yes you are.' I said: 'Why am I doomed?' They said: 'Allah says: "And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism, i.e., worshipping others besides Allah), and the religion (worship) will be all for Allah Alone."[8:39] He said: 'We fought them until they were defeated and the religion was all for Allah Alone. If you wish, I will tell you a Hadith that I heard from the Messenger of Allah (saw).' They said: 'Did you (really) hear it from the Messenger of Allah (saw)?' He said: 'Yes. I was with the Messenger of Allah (saw) and he had sent an army of the Muslims to the idolaters. When they met them they fought them fiercely, and they (the idolaters) gave them their shoulders (i.e., turned and fled). A man among my kin attacked an idolator man with a spear, and when he was defeated he said: "I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, I am a Muslim." But he stabbed him and killed him. He came to the Messenger of Allah (saw) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I am doomed." He said "What is it that you have done?" one or two times. He told him what he had done and the Messenger of Allah (saw) said to him: "Why didn't you cut open his belly and find out what was in his heart?" He said: "O Messenger of Allah, I wish I had cut open his belly and could have known what was in his heart." He said: "You did not accept what he said, and you could not have known what was in his heart!" The Messenger of Allah (saw) remained silent concerning him (that man), and a short while later he died. We buried him, but the following morning he was on the surface of the earth. They said: "Perhaps an enemy of his disinterred him." So we buried him (again) and told our slaves to stand guard. But the following morning he was on the surface of the earth again then we said: 'Perhaps the slaves dozed off.' So we buried him (again) and stood guard ourselves, but the following morning he was on the surface of the earth (again). So we threw him into one of these mountain passes.'" Hadith 3930b. Sumait, from Imran bin Hussain who said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) sent us on a campaign, and a Muslim man attacked an idolater man." And he mentioned the Hadith and added: "And the earth cast him out. The Prophet (saw) was told about that and he said: 'The earth accepts those who are worse than him, but Allah wanted to show you how great is the sanctity of La ilaha illallah.'" Hadith 3930b. The Prophet "Whoever gets up at night and says: -- 'La ilaha il-lallah Wahdahu la Sharika lahu Lahu-l-mulk, waLahu-l-hamd wahuwa 'ala kullishai'in Qadir. "I was sitting with Abdullah and Abu Musa, and Abu Musa said: 'Have you not heard what 'Ammar said to Umar: 'The Messenger of Allah (saw) sent me on an errand and I became Junub, and I could not find water, so I rolled in the earth then I came to the Prophet (saw) and told him about that.' He said: 'It would have been sufficient for you to do this,' and he struck the earth with his hands, then wiped his hands, then knocked them together to remove the dust, then he wiped his right hand with his left and his left hand with his right, palm to palm, and wiped his face.'" Then Abdullah said: "Did you not see that Umar was not convinced by what 'Ammar said:" (Sahih)

From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 34, Sales and Trade
Narrated/Authority of Zaid bin Thabit
From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 34, Sales and Trade
Narrated/Authority of Zaid bin Thabit
In the lifetime of the Prophet (SAW), the people used to trade with fruits. When they cut their date-fruits and the purchasers came to recieve their rights, the sellers would say, 'My dates hace got rotten; they are blighted with disease, they are afflicted with Qusham (a disease which causes the fruit to fall before ripening).' They would go on complaining of defects in their purchases. Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "Do not sell the fruits before their benefit is evident (i.e., free from all the dangers of being spoiled or blighted), by way of advice for they quarrelled too much."
Kharija bin Zaid bin Thabit said that Zaid bin Thabit used not to sell the fruits of his lands till Pleiades appeared and the one could distinguish the yellow fruits from the red (ripe) ones.

Narrated/Authority of Abu Sahlah as-Saib ibn Khallad
A man led the people in prayer. He spat towards qiblah while the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) was looking at him. The Apostle of Allah said to the people when he finished his prayer: He should not lead you in prayer (henceforth).
Thenceforth he intended to lead them in prayer, but they forbade him and informed him of the prohibition of the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him). He mentioned it to the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) who said to him: Yes.
The narrator said: I think he (the Prophet) said: You did harm to Allah and His Apostle.

Narrated/Authority of Aisha
"Fatimah bint Abu Hubaish suffered from Istihadah and she asked the Prophet (saw): 'O Messenger of Allah, I suffer from Istihadah and I do not become pure; should I stop praying?' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'That is a vein and it is not menstruation. When your period comes, stop praying, and when it goes wash the traces of blood from yourself and perform Wudu. That is a vein and is not menstruation.'" It was said to him: "What about Ghusl?' He (saw) said: "No one doubts that."
Abu Abdur-Rahman said: "I do not know anyone who mentioned 'and perform Wudu in this Hadith except Hammad bin Zaid, for some others have reported it from Hisham, and they did not mention 'and perform Wudu in it." (Sahih)

that her father said: "When the woman stole the Qatifah from the house of the Messenger of Allah (saw), we regarded that as a serious matter. She was a woman from Quraish. So we came to the Prophet (saw) and spoke to him, and said: 'We will ransom her for forty Uqiyyah.' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Purification is better for her." When we heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) speak so kindly, we went to Usamah and said: 'Speak to the Messenger of Allah (saw).' When the Messenger of Allah (saw) saw that, he stood up to speak and said: 'How much do you intercede with me concerning one of the legal punishments of Allah (SWT) that has befallen one of the female slaves of Allah (SWT)! By the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, if Fatimah the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (saw) were to do what she has done, Muhammad would cut off her hand." Daif
