that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:"The Beast will emerge and will have with it the seal of Sulaiman bin Dawud and the staff of Musa bin Imran (as). It will make the faces of the believers shine with the staff, and will mark the noses of the disbelievers with the seal, until the inhabitants of a cluster of houses will gather together; then one will say 'O believer!' And to another 'O disbeliever.'"

from Thabit, that the Prophet (saw) was mentioned before Anas bin Malik and he said: "He was the best of people, the most generous of people, the most courageous of people. The people of Al-Madinah became alarmed one night, and he was the first of them to investigate the noise and din. He was riding a horse belonging to Abu Talhah, bareback, with no saddle. His sword was hanging from his neck and he was saying: 'O people, do not be afraid,' sending them back to their houses. Then he said of the horse, 'We found it like a sea,' or, 'It is a sea.'"*

He quoted Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as saying to his Companions that: a man from among the early people or from those before you had said a word, i.e. Allah had blessed him with wealth and sons. When death approached him, he asked his sons: How was I being as a father? They replied: You were the best father. He said: I didn't save or perform any good deeds for Allah. If Allah takes possession of me, He will punish me. So, look! when I am dead, burn me until I become coal then crush me well and scatter (my ashes in the air) on a stormy day. The Prophet (SAW) said: He took a covenant from his sons (and died). They did according to his will and spread his ashes in the air on a stormy day. Allah (SWT) said: Be and there he was embodied before Him. Allah, the Exalted, asked him: my slave! what induced you to do what you did. He replied: It was Your fear (so that I may not appear before You). The Prophet (SAW) added: Allah, the Exalted rewarded him with His Mercy; the Prophet (SAW) said second time: Allah did not punish him. (This Hadith is sound and reported by Bukhari and Muslim).

that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "By the One in Whose Hand is my soul! I nearly ordered that firewood be gathered to be lit, then I would have ordered that the Adhan be called for prayer, and ordered a man to lead the people in prayer, then I would have gone from behind to those men and burned their houses down over them. By the One in Whose Hand is my soul! If any one of them knew that he would get a meaty bone or some meat in between two ribs, he would attend Isha." (Sahih)

"A Jew from among the Jews of Bani Zuraiq, whose name was Labid bin A'sam, cast a spell on the Prophet (saw), and the Prophet (saw) began to imagine that he had done something when he had not. One day, or one night, the Messenger of Allah (saw) supplicated, and then supplicated again. Then he said: 'O Aisha, do you know that Allah has instructed me concerning the matter I asked Him about? Two men came to me, and one of them sat at my head and the other at my feet. The one at my head said to the one at my feet, or the one at my feet said to the one at my head "what is ailing this man ?" He said: "He has been affected by a spell." He said: "Who cast the spell on him?" He said: "Labid bin A'sam." He said: "With what?" He said: "With a comb and the hairs stuck to it, and the spathe of a male date palm." He said: "Where is that?" He said: "In the well of Dhu Arwan." She said: "So the Prophet (saw) went to it, with a group of his Companions, then he came and said: 'By Allah. O Aisha. It was as if its water was infused with henna and its date palms were like the heads of devils.'" She said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, why don't you burn them?' He said: 'As for me, Allah has healed me, and I do not like to let evil spread among the people.' Then he issued orders that the well be filled up with earth."

Yazid prayed along with the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) when he was a young boy. When he (the Prophet) had prayed there were two persons (sitting) in the corner of the mosque; they did not pray (along with the Prophet). He called for them. They were brought trembling (before him). He asked: What prevented you from praying along with us? They replied: We have already prayed in our houses. He said: Do not do so. If any of you prays in his house and finds that the imam has not prayed, he should pray along with him; and that will be a supererogatory prayer for him.

"A group from the people of 'Iraq came to Umar and when they came to him, he said to them: 'Where are you from?' They said: 'From the inhabitants of 'Iraq.' He said: 'Have you come with permission?' They said: 'Yes.' Then they asked him about a man's prayer in his house. Umar said: 'I asked the Messenger of Allah (saw) and he said: "As for a man's prayer in his house, it is light, so illuminate your houses.'"" Daif

Aisha said to me, "O my nephew! We used to see the crescent, and then the crescent and then the crescent in this way we saw three crescents in two months and no fire (for cooking) used to be made in the houses of Allah's Apostle (SAW). I said, "O my aunt! Then what use to sustain you?" Aisha said, "The two black things: dates and water, our neighbours from Ansar had some Manaih and they used to present Allah's Apostle (SAW) some of their milk and he used to make us drink."

"The Messenger of Allah (saw) passed by one of the houses of the Ansar and noticed the smell of a cooking pot. He said: 'Who is this who has slaughtered?' A man from among us came out and said: 'It is me, O Messenger of Allah, I slaughtered before the prayer so that I could feed my family and neighbors.' He commanded him to repeat it. He said: 'No, by the One besides Whom there is none worthy of worship, I do not have anything but a one-year-old sheep or a lamb.' He (saw) said: 'Sacrifice it, but a one-year-old sheep will not do for anyone after you.'"

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abuz-Zubayr al-Makki from Jabir ibn Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Lock the door, tie the waterskin, turn the vessel over or cover it, and put out the lamp. Shaytan does not open a locked door or untie a tied knot, or uncover a vessel. A mouse may set fire to people's houses about them."
