Yahya related to me from Malik that Yahya ibn Said said that he heard Said ibn al-Musayyab say, "Suckling is only while the child is in the cradle. If not, it does not cause flesh and blood relations."
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that he said, "Suckling however little or much, makes haram. Kinship by suckling makes men mahram."
Yahya said that he had heard Malik say, "Suckling, however little or much when it is in the first two years, makes haram. As for what is after the first two years, little or much, it does not make anything haram. It is like food."

From: Sunan An-Nasai. Chapter 8, The Book of the Masjids
Narrated/Authority of Talq bin Ali
"We went out as a delegation to the Prophet (saw); we gave him our oath of allegiance and prayed with him. We told him that in our land there was a church that belonged to us. We asked him to give us the leftovers of his purification (Wudu water). So he called for water, performed Wudu and rinsed out his mouth, then he poured it into a vessel and said to us: 'Leave, and when you return to your land, demolish your church, and sprinkle this water on that place, and take it as a Masjid.' We said: 'Our land is far away and it is very hot; the water will dry up.' He said: 'Add more water to it, for that will only make it better.' So we left and when we came to our land we demolished our church, then we sprinkled water on that place and took it as a Masjid, and we called the Adhan in it. The monk was a man from Tayy, and when he heard the Adhan, he said: 'It is a true call.' Then he headed toward one of the hills and we never saw him again." (Sahih)

From: Imam Malik's Muwatta. Chapter 50, The Evil Eye
Narrated/Authority of Sulaiman bin Yasar
Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said from Sulayman ibn Yasar that Urwa ibn az-Zubayr told him that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, entered the house of Umm Salama, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. There was a child weeping in the house, and they told him that it was from the evil eye. Urwa said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'Why do you not find someone to make an incantation to protect it from the evil eye?' "

While I was on my way along with Ibn Umar (R.A) taking (holding
up) his hand in mine. Suddenly a man appeared to him and
said: What did you hear Allah's Messenger (PBUH) saying about confidential talk (secret conversation)? He
said: I heard Allah's Messenger (PBUH) saying: (On
the Day of Resurrection) Allah will draw near to a believer
and put His forgiveness over him and screen him (his sins)
then Allah will say: Do you know such and such sin? Do
you know such and such? He will say: Yes, my Lord! This
conversation will continue) until Allah will make him
confess his sins, and thinks that he is ruined. Then Allah
will say: I concealed them (your sins in the world) and I do
forgive you today. Then he will be given the record book
containing his good deeds. As regards, the infidels and
hypocrites, the witnesses will say: These are the people
who have disbelieved their Lord. Behold! Allah's Curse is
upon transgressors.

Abdullah (bin Abdullah) bin Umar said to his father, "Stay here, for I am afraid that it (affliction between Ibn Zubair and Al-Hajjaj) might prevent you from reaching the Kaaba." Ibn 'Umar said, "(In this case) I would do the same as Allah's Apostle did, and Allah has said, 'Verily, in Allah's Apostle, you have a good example (to follow).' So, I make you, people, witness that I have made Umra compulsory for me." So he assumed lhram for Umra. Then he went out and when he reached Al-Baida, he assumed Ihram for Hajj and Umra (together) and said, "The conditions (requisites) of Hajj and Umra are the same." He, then brought a Hadi from Qudaid. Then he arrived (at Mecca) and performed Tawaf (between Safa and Marwa) once for both Hajj and Umra and did not finish the lhram till he had finished both Hajj and Umra.

From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 41, Distribution of Water
Narrated/Authority of Abdullah bin Az-Zubair
From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 41, Distribution of Water
Narrated/Authority of Abdullah bin Az-Zubair
An Ansari man quarrelled with Az-Zubair in the presence of the Prophet (SAW) about the Harra Canals which were used for irrigating the date-palms. The Ansari man said to Az-Zubair, "Let the water pass" but Az-Zubair refused to do so. So, the case was brought before the Prophet (SAW) who said to Az-Zubair, "O Zubair! Irrigate (your land) and then let the water pass to your neighbour." On that the Ansari got angry and said to the Prophet (SAW), "Is it because he (i.e. Zubair) is your aunt's son?" On that the colour of the face of Allah's Apostle (SAW) changed (because of anger) and he said, "O Zubair! Irrigate (your land) and then withhold the water till it reaches the walls between the pits round the trees." Zubair said, "By Allah, I think that the following verse was revealed on this occasion": 'But no, by your Lord They can have No faith Until they make you judge In all disputes between them.' (4.65)

that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: On the Day of Resurrection nations will
be brought. When I see my nation (Ummah) I will be
amazed at their multitudes and (distinguished) form. They
will have filled up the plain lands as well as the
mountains. Allah will ask me: Are you satisfied? I will
say: Yes, 0 my Lord: He will say: Along with these (people), seventy thousand persons (i.e., so many) will
enter Paradise without rendering an account. They will be
those who neither cure themselves with Ruqya
(recitations) nor get themselves branded (cauterized), nor
take omens but they instead repose trust in their Lord.
Upon this, 'Ukkasha said: Supplicate Allah (that He makes
me one among them), the Prophet (SAW) said: 0
Allah! Make him one of them. Another person said:
Invoke a blessing for me too (that Allah makes me one
among them). The Prophet (SAW) said: 'Ukkasha has
preceded you in this matter.

Narrated/Authority of Anas
From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 51, Peacemaking (Reconciliation)
Narrated/Authority of Anas
It was said to the Prophet (SAW) "Would that you see Abdullah bin Ubai." So, the Prophet (SAW) went to him, riding a donkey, and the Muslims accompanied him, walking on salty barren land. When the Prophet (SAW) reached Abdullah bin Ubai, the latter said, "Keep away from me! By Allah, the bad smell of your donkey has harmed me." On that an Ansari man said (to Abdullah), "By Allah! The smell of the donkey of Allah's Apostle (SAW) is better than your smell." On that a man from Abdullah's tribe got angry for Abdullah's sake, and the two men abused each other which caused the friends of the two men to get angry, and the two groups started fighting with sticks, shoes and hands. We were informed that the following Divine Verse was revealed (in this concern): "And if two groups of Believers fall to fighting then, make peace between them." (49.9)

Yahya related to me, that Malik said, "The generally agreed on way of doing things among us about a man buying cloth in one city, and then taking it to another city to sell as a murabaha, is that he is not reckoned to have the wage of an agent, or any allowance for ironing, folding, straightening, expenses, or the rent of a house. As for the cost of transporting the drapery, it is included in the basic price, and no share of the profit is allocated to it unless the agent tells all of that to the investor. If they agree to share the profits accordingly after knowledge of it, there is no harm in that."
Malik said, "As for bleaching, tailoring, dyeing, and such things, they are treated in the same way as drapery. The profit is reckoned in them as it is reckoned in drapery goods. So if he sells the drapery goods without clarifying the things we named as not getting profit, and if the drapery has already gone, the transport is to be reckoned, but no profit is given. If the drapery goods have not gone the transaction between them is null and void unless they make a new mutual agreement on what is to be permitted between them."
Malik spoke about an agent who bought goods for gold or silver, and the exchange rate on the day of purchase was ten dirhams to the dinar. He took them to a city to sell murabaha, or sold them where he purchased them according to the exchange rate of the day on which he sold them. If he bought them for dirhams and he sold them for dinars, or he bought them for dinars and he sold them for dirhams, and the goods had not gone then he had a choice. If he wished, he accepted to sell the goods and if he wished, he left them. If the goods had been sold, he had the price for which the salesman bought them, and the salesman was reckoned to have the profit on what they were bought for, over what the investor gained as profit.
Malik said, "If a man sells goods worth one hundred dinars for one hundred and ten, and he hears after that they are worth ninety dinars, and the goods have gone, the seller has a choice. If he likes, he has the price of the goods on the day they were taken from him unless the price is more than the price for which he was obliged to sell them in the first place, and he does not have more than that - and it is one hundred and ten dinars. If he likes, it is counted as profit against ninety unless the price his goods reached was less than the value. He is given the choice between what his goods fetch and the capital plus the profit, which is ninety-nine dinars."
Malik said, "If someone sells goods in murabaha and he says, 'It was valued at one hundred dinars to me.' Then he hears later on, that it was worth one hundred and twenty dinars, the customer is given the choice. If he wishes, he gives the salesman the value of the goods on the day he took them, and if he wishes, he gives the price for which he bought them according to the reckoning of what profit he gives him, as far as it goes, unless that is less than the price for which he bought them, for he should not give the owner of the goods a loss from the price for which he bought them because he was satisfied with that. The owner of the goods came to seek extra, so the buyer has no argument against the salesman in that to make a reduction from the first price for which he bought it according to the list of contents."

hat the Prophet said:
"Whosoever removes a worldly grief from a believer, Allah will remove from him one of the griefs of the Day of Judgment. Whosoever alleviates [the lot of] a needy person, Allah will alleviate [his lot] in this world and the next. Whosoever shields a Muslim, Allah will shield him in this world and the next. Allah will aid a servant [of His] so long as the servant aids his brother. Whosoever follows a path to seek knowledge therein, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise. No people gather together in one of the houses of Allah, reciting the Book of Allah and studying it among themselves, without tranquility descending upon them, mercy enveloping them, the angels surrounding them, and Allah making mention of them amongst those who are with Him. Whosoever is slowed down by his actions will not be hastened forward by his lineage."
