that he entered upon Aisha and asked her about the Ghusl of the Messenger of Allah (saw) from Janabah. She said: "A vessel would be brought to the Prophet (saw) then he would pour water on his hand three times and wash them, then he would pour water with his right hand onto his left and wash off whatever was on his thighs. Then he would wash his hands, rinse his mouth and nose, pour water on his head three times, then pour water over the rest of his body." (Sahih)

Narrated/Authority of Abu Dhar
"It was said to the Prophet (saw) and perhaps (one of the narrators) Sufyan said: I said: O Messenger of Allah! Those who have property and wealth have surpassed us in reward. They say the same as we do, and they spend but we do not spend.' He said to me: 'Shall I not tell you something which, if you do it, you will catch up with those who have surpassed you and you will excel over those who come after you? Praise Allah (by saying Al-Hamdu Lillah) after every prayer, and glorify Him (by saying Subhan-Allah) and extol Him (by saying Allahu Akbar), thirty-three, thirty-three, and thirty-four times.'" Sufyan said: "I do not know which of them was to be recited thirty-four times." (Sahih)

"The Messenger of Allah (saw) came out of one of his apartments one day and entered the mosque, where he saw two circles, one reciting Qur'an and supplicating to Allah, and the other learning and teaching. The Prophet (saw) said: 'Both of them are good. These people are reciting Qur'an and supplicating to Allah, and if He wills He will give them, and if He wills He will withhold from them. And these people are learning and teaching. Verily I have been sent as a teacher.' Then he sat down with them." (Da'if)

It was narrated that Bilal came to the Prophet (saw) to call him for the Fajr prayer, and was told: "He is sleeping." He said: "As-salatu khairum minan-nawm, As-salatu khairum minan-nawm (The prayer is better than sleep, the prayer is better than sleep). These words were approved of in the Adhan for the Fajr, and that is how it remained. (Daif)

that the Prophet (saw) said: "Allah has one hundred (degrees of) mercy, of which He has shared one between all of creation, by virtue of which you show mercy and compassion towards one another and the wild animals show compassion towards their young. People say that I have narrated many Hadiths (The Prophet's narrations). Had it not been for two verses in the Qur'an, I would not have narrated a single Hadith, and the verses are:
"Verily those who conceal the clear sign and the guidance which We have sent down . . . (up to) Most Merciful." (2:159-160). And no doubt our Muhajir (emigrant) brothers used to be busy in the market with their business (bargains) and our Ansari brothers used to be busy with their property (agriculture). But I (Abu Huraira) used to stick to Allah's Apostle contented with what will fill my stomach and I used to attend that which they used not to attend and I used to memorize that which they used not to memorize.

that Allah's Messenger (SAW) taught them to recite when they sat down in the second rakah.
All prayers and worship and nice things are for Allah, Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and his blessings. Peace be on us and on the righteous slaves of Allah. I bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship except Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that A'isha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, told him that she had never seen the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, doing night prayers sitting down until he was getting on in years. He would recite sitting down until when he wanted to go into ruku, he would stand up and recite about thirty or forty ayats and then go into ruku.

From: Sahih Muslim. Chapter 1, Faith (Kitab Al Iman)
Narrated/Authority of Ubaidullah bin Abu Bakr
I heard Anas b. Malik saying: The
Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) talked about the
major sins, or he was asked about the major sins. Upon this he
observed: Associating anyone with Allah, killing of a person,
disobedience to parents. He (the Holy Prophet further) said:
Should I not inform you about the gravest of the major sins,
and (in this connection) observed: False utterance or false
testimony. Shu'ba said. It was most probably" false
testimony".
