Two of the companions of the Prophet departed from him on a dark night and were led by two lights like lamps (going in front of them from Allah as a miracle) lighting the way in front of them, and when they parted, each of them was accompanied by one of these lights till he reached their (respective) houses.

this tradition from the Prophet (may peace be upon him) in a similar way. He did not mention about tending the camels. After the words "and he performed ablution well" he added the words: "he then raises his eyes towards the sky". He transmitted the tradition conveying the same meaning as that of Mu'awiyah.

The Prophet (SAW) said, "If somebody keeps a horse (for Jihad) in Allah's Cause motivated by his faith in Allah and his belief in His Promise, then he will be rewarded on the Day of Resurrection for what the horse has eaten or drunk and for its dung and urine as good deeds in his balance."
