from this father, from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Whoever kills deliberately, he will be handed over to the heirs of the victim. If they want, they may kill him, or if they want, they may accept the blood money, which is thirty Hiqqah (3 year old she camel), thirty Jadhaah (4 year old she camel) and forty Khalifah (pregnant she camel, halfway through the pregnancy).
