Narrated/Authority of Asim bin Laqit bin Sabirah
that his father said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, tell me about Wudu." He said: 'Perform Wudu well, and exaggerate in sniffing water up into your nose, except when you are fasting.'" (Sahih)
