Hadith No: 3884
Narrated/Authority of Umm Salamah
that whenever he left his house, the Prophet (saw) would say: "Allahumma inni a'udhu bika an adilla aw azilla, aw azlima aw uzlama, aw ajhala aw yujhala 'alayya (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from going astray or stumbling, from wronging others or being wronged, and from behaving or being treated in an ignorant manner)."
