From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 12, Characteristics of Prayer
Narrated/Authority of Rifaa bin Rafi AzZuraqi
One day we were praying behind the Prophet. When he raised his head from bowing, he said, "Sami'a-l-lahu Liman hamida." A man behind him said, "Rabbana walaka-l hamd hamdan Kathiran taiyiban mubarakan fihi" (O our Lord! All the praises are for You, many good and blessed praises). When the Prophet completed the prayer, he asked, "Who has said these words?" The man replied, "I." The Prophet said, "I saw over thirty angels competing to write it first." Prophet rose (from bowing) and stood straight till all the vertebrae of his spinal column came to a natural position.

That during the time of the Messenger of Allah (saw), a man pursued a debtor who owed him ten Dinar, and he said: "I do not have anything to give you." He (the creditor) said: "No, by Allah, I will not leave you until you pay the debt or you bring me a guarantor." Then he dragged him to the Prophet (saw) and the Prophet (saw) said to him: "How long will you wait?" He said: "One month." The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "I will be a guarantor for him." Then he came to him at the time the Prophet (saw) had said, and the Prophet (saw) said to him: "Where did you get this from?" He said: "From a mine." He said: "There is nothing good in it," and he paid the debt for him. Hasan

Narrated/Authority of Ibn Umar
Umar saw a silken cloak over a man for sale and requested the Prophet (SAW) to buy it in order to wear it on Fridays and while meeting delegates. The Prophet (SAW) said, "This is worn by the one who will have no share in the Hereafter." Later on Allah's Apostle (SAW) got some silken cloaks similar to that one, and he sent one to 'Umar. 'Umar said to the Prophet (SAW) "How can I wear it, while you said about it what you said?" The Prophet (SAW) said, "I have not given it to you to wear, but to sell or to give to someone else." So, 'Umar sent it to his brother at Makkah before he (his brother) embraced Islam.

Yazid Maula Al-Munbaith heard Zaid bin Khalid al-Juhani saying, "The Prophet (SAW) was asked about Luqata. He said, 'Remember the description of its container and the string it is tied with, and announce it publicly for one year.' " Yazid added, "If nobody claims then the person who has found it can spend it, and it is regarded as a trust entrusted to him." Yahya said, "I do not know whether the last sentences were said by the Prophet (SAW) or by Yazid." Zaid further said, "The Prophet (SAW) was asked, 'What about a lost sheep?' The Prophet (SAW) said, 'Take it, for it is for you or for your brother (i.e. its owner) or for the wolf." Yazid added that it should also be announced publicly. The man then asked the Prophet (SAW) about a lost camel. The Prophet (SAW) said, "Leave it, as it has its feet, water container (reservoir), and it will reach a place of water and eat trees till its owner finds it."

The Prophet said, "Do not practice Al-Wisal (fasting continuously without breaking one's fast in the evening or eating before the following dawn)." The people said to the Prophet, "But you practice Al-Wisal?" The Prophet replied, "I am not like any of you, for I am given food and drink (by Allah) during the night."

Narrated/Authority of Al-Bara bin Azib
On the day of Hudaibiya, the Prophet (SAW) made a peace treaty with the Al-Mushrikun on three conditions: 1. The Prophet (SAW) would return to them any person from Al-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolators, pagans). 2. Al-Mushrikun pagans would not return any of the Muslims going to them, and 3. The Prophet (SAW) and his companions would come to Makkah the following year and would stay there for three days and would enter Makkah with their weapons in cases, e.g., swords, arrows, bows, etc. Abu Jandal came hopping, his legs being chained, but the Prophet (SAW) returned him to Al-Mushrikun.

Hadith No: 331

Narrated/Authority of Anas bin Malik
While the Prophet was in the market, somebody, called, "O Abu-l-Qasim." The Prophet turned to him. The man said, "I have called to this (i.e. another man)." The Prophet said, "Name yourselves by my name but not by my Kuniya (name)." (In Arabic world it is the custom to call the man as the father of his eldest son, e.g. Abu-l-Qasim.) There was an Ansari man called Abu Shuaib who had a slave butcher. Abu Shuaib said to him, "Prepare a meal sufficient for five persons so that I might invite the Prophet (SAW) besides other four persons." Abu Shuaib had seen the signs of hunger on the face of the Prophet (SAW) and so he invited him. Another man who was not invited, followed the Prophet (SAW). The Prophet (SAW) said to Abu Shuaib, "This man has followed us. Do you allow him to share the meal?" Abu Shuaib said, "Yes."

Allah's Apostle went out (of the mosque) when the Iqama had been pronounced and the rows straightened. The Prophet stood at his Musalla (praying place) and we waited for the Prophet to begin the prayer with Takbir. He left and asked us to remain in our places. We kept on standing till the Prophet returned and the water was trickling from his head for he had taken a bath (of Janaba).

Narrated/Authority of Abu Huraira
The Prophet said, "If somebody eats or drinks forgetfully then he should complete his fast, for what he has eaten or drunk, has been given to him by Allah." Narrated 'Amir bin Rabia, "I saw the Prophet cleaning his teeth with Siwak while he was fasting so many times as I can't count." And narrated Abu Huraira, "The Prophet said, 'But for my fear that it would be hard for my followers, I would have ordered them to clean their teeth with Siwak on every performance of ablution." The same is narrated by Jabir and Zaid bin Khalid from the Prophet who did not differentiate between a fasting and a nonfasting person in this respect (using Siwak). Aisha said, "The Prophet said, "It (i.e. Siwak) is a purification for the mouth and it is a way of seeking Allah's pleasures." Ata and Qatada said, "There is no harm in swallowing the resultant saliva."
