He said: "A man came to the Prophet (saw) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, ask Allah for rain!' So the Messenger of Allah (saw) raised his hands and said: 'O Allah! Send wholesome, productive rain upon all of us, sooner rather than later, beneficial and not harmful.' No sooner had they finished performing Friday (prayer) but they were revived. Then they came to him and complained to him about the rain, saying: 'O Allah, around us and not upon us.' Then the clouds began to disperse right and left." Sahih

He stood for a long time, then he bowed for a long time, then he stood up for a long time, then he bowed for a long time, then he stood up for a long times, then he bowed for a long time, then he stood up, then he prostrated for a long time, then he sat up, then he prostrated for a long time. Then he finished and said: 'Paradise was brought close to me, so that if I had dared, I could have brought you some of its fruits. And Hell was brought near to me, until I said: "O Lord, am, I one of them?" Nafi' said: "I think that he said: 'And i saw a woman being scratched by a cat that belonged to her. I said: "What is wrong with this woman?" They said: "She detained it until it died of hunger; she did not feed it and she did not let it loose to eat of the vermin of the earth." Hasan

Then the rain came down, and no one came to him from any direction but they said: 'We have been revived.'" Sahih

Abu Said said: 'As for this man, he has done his duty. I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: "Whoever among you sees an evil action, and he is able to change it with his hand, then change it with his hand (by taking action); if he cannot, (do so) with his tongue then with his tongue (by speaking out); and if he cannot then with his heart (by hating it and feeling that it is wrong), and that is the weakest of faith."
