From: Sunan Ibn Majah. Chapter 34, The Chapters on Medicine
Narrated/Authority of Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hunaif
" Amir bin Rabiah passed by Sahl bin Hunaif when he was having a bath, and said: 'I have never seen such beautiful skin.' Straightaway, he (Sahl) fell to the ground. He was brought to the Prophet (saw) and it was said: 'Sahl has had a fit.' He said: 'Whom do you accuse with regard to him?' They said: " Amir bin Rabiah.' They said: 'Why would anyone of you kill his brother? If he sees something that he likes, then let him pray for blessing for him.' Then he called for water, and he told Amir to perform ablution, then he washed his face and his arms up to the elbows, his knees and inside his lower garment, then he told him to pour the water over him."

The Prophet said, "If a slave-girl commits illegal sexual intercourse and it is proved beyond doubt, then her owner should lash her and should not blame her after the legal punishment. And then if she repeats the illegal sexual intercourse he should lash her again and should not blame her after the legal punishment, and if she commits it a third time, then he should sell her even for a hair rope."

"Between the time when he finished Isha prayer and Fajr, the Prophet (saw) used to pray eleven Rakahs, saying the Taslim after each two Rakahs, then praying Witr as one Rakah. He would prostrate for as long as it takes one to recite fifty verses, then he would raise his head. When the Muadhdhin finished the call to Fajr prayer and he could see the dawn, he would pray two brief Rakahs, then he would lie down on his right side until the Mu;adhdhin came to ask permission to say the Iqamah, then he would go out with him." Some of these narrators (Ibn Abi Dhib, Yunus and Amr bin Al-Harith) added some phrases not mentioned by the others in the Hadith. (Sahih)

Narrated/Authority of Abu Ishaq Shaibani
"I asked Abdullah bin Abu Awfa about the flesh of domesticated donkeys and he said: 'We were starving on the Day of Khaibar, when we were with the Prophet (saw). The people had gotten some donkeys as spoils of war on the way out from Al-Madinah, so we slaughtered them and our cooking pots were boiling when the caller of the Messenger of Allah (saw) cried out, telling us to overturn out pots and not to eat anything of the flesh of donkeys. So we overturned them.' I said to Abdullah bin Abu Awfa: 'Was it made unlawful?' He said: 'We think that the Messenger of Allah (saw) forbade it altogether because it eats excrement.'"

reported than on the day of the Trenches, Umar ibn al-Khattab(RA) reviled the disbelieving Quraysh and said, "0 Messenger of Allah (SAW) I could not offer the Salah of Asr till the sun was about to set." He said, "By Allah! I could not offer the Salah of Asr till the sun was about to set." He said, "By Allah! I too have not offered it." The narrator said that they then stopped at Bathan where the Prophet (SAW) made ablution and then they made ablution and he offered the Asr and then he offered the Maghrib. [Muslim 631, Bukhari 596]

Allah's Apostle said, "An army will invade the Kaaba and when the invaders reach Al-Baida, all the ground will sink and swallow the whole army." I said, "O Allah's Apostle! How will they sink into the ground while amongst them will be their markets (the people who worked in business and not invaders) and the people not belonging to them?" The Prophet replied, "all of those people will sink but they will be resurrected and judged according to their intentions."

"I saw the Bedouins asking the Prophet (saw): 'Is there any harm in such and such, is there any harm in such and such?' He said to them: 'O slaves of Allah! Allah has only made harm in that which transgresses the honor of one's brother. That is what is sinful.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Is there any sin if we do not seek treatment?' He said: 'Seek treatment, O slaves of Allah! For Allah does not create any disease but He also creates with it the cure, except for old age.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what is the best thing that a person may be given?' He said: 'Good manners.'"

the Prophet (saw) send Muadh to Yemen, and said: "You are going to some people among the People of the Book. Call them to bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and that I am the Messenger of Allah (saw). If they obey that, then tell them that Allah has enjoined upon them five prayers every day and night. If they obey that, then tell them that Allah has enjoined upon them charity (Zakat) from their wealth, to be taken from the rich and given to their poor. If they obey that, then beware of (taking) the best of their wealth. And beware of the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no barrier between and Allah." Sahih

that the Prophet (saw) said: "When Allah decrees a matter in heaven, the angels beat their wings in submission to His decree (with a sound) like a chain beating a rock. Then "When fear is banished from their hearts, they say: 'What is it that your Lord has said?' They say: 'The truth. And He is the Most High, the Most Great."[34:23] He said: 'Then the eavesdroppers (from among the jinn) listen out for that, one above the other, so (one of them) hears the words and passes it on to the one beneath him. The Shihab (shooting star) may strike him before he can pass it on to the one beneath him and the latter can pass it on to the soothsayer or sorcerer, or it may not strike him until he has passed on. And he adds one hundred lies to it, and only that word which was overheard from the heavens is true." (Sahih)

that 'Abdullah bin Mughaffal was sitting beside a nephew of his; the nephew hurled a pebble and he told him not to do that, and he said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) had forbidden that. He (the Prophet) said: 'It cannot be used for hunting and it cannot harm an enemy, but it may break a tooth or put an eye out.'" He said: "His nephew hurled another pebble and he ('Abdullah bin Mughaffal) said: 'I tell you that the Messenger of Allah forbade that (and you go and hurl another pebble)? I will never speak to you again.'" (Sahih)
