Narrated/Authority of Mutarrif
I and 'Imran b. Husain said prayer behind
'Ali b. Abu, Talib. He recited takbir when he prostrated, and
he recited takbir when he raised his head and he recited
takbir while rising up (from the sitting position at the end
of two rak'ahs). When we had finished our prayer, 'Imran
caught hold of my hand and said: He (Hadrat Ali) has led
prayer like Muhammad (may peace be upon him) or he said: He in
fact recalled to my mind the prayer of Muhammad (may peace be
upon him.)

that 'Abdullah bin Mughaffal was sitting beside a nephew of his; the nephew hurled a pebble and he told him not to do that, and he said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) had forbidden that. He (the Prophet) said: 'It cannot be used for hunting and it cannot harm an enemy, but it may break a tooth or put an eye out.'" He said: "His nephew hurled another pebble and he ('Abdullah bin Mughaffal) said: 'I tell you that the Messenger of Allah forbade that (and you go and hurl another pebble)? I will never speak to you again.'" (Sahih)

A drink (milk mixed with water) was brought to Allah's Apostle (SAW) who drank some of it. A boy was sitting to his right, and some old men to his left. Allah's Apostle (SAW) said to the boy, "Do you allow me to give the rest of the drink to these people?" The boy said, "O Allah's Apostle (SAW)! I will not give preference to anyone over me to drink the rest of it from which you have drunk." Allah's Apostle (SAW) then handed the bowl (of drink) to the boy. (See Hadith No. 547).

From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 40, Cultivation and Agriculture
Narrated/Authority of Abu Huraira
Once the Prophet (SAW) was narrating (a story), while a bedouin was sitting with him. "One of the inhabitants of Paradise will ask Allah to allow him to cultivate the land. Allah will ask him, 'Are you not living in the pleasures you like?' He will say, 'Yes, but I like to cultivate the land.' " The Prophet (SAW) added, "When the man (will be permitted he) will sow the seeds and the plants will grow up and get ripe, ready for reaping and so on till it will be as huge as mountains within a wink. Allah will then say to him, 'O son of Adam! Take here you are, gather (the yield); nothing satisfies you.' " On that, the bedouin said, "The man must be either from Quraish (i.e. an emigrant) or an Ansari, for they are farmers, whereas we are not farmers." The Prophet (SAW) smiled (at this).

From: Sunan Ibn Majah. Chapter 2, The Chapters of Purification and its Sunnah
Narrated/Authority of Abu Hurairah
said: "A Bedouin entered the mosque when the Messenger of Allah (saw) was sitting there, and (the man) said: 'O Allah, forgive me and Muhammad (SAW), and do not forgive anyone else with us.' The Messenger of Allah (saw) smiled and said: 'You have placed restrictions on something that is vast.' Then the Bedouin turned away, went to a corner of the mosque, spread his legs and began to urinate. After he had a better understanding, the Bedouin said: 'He got up and came to me, and may my father and mother be ransomed for him, he did not rebuke me nor revile me. He said: "This mosque is not for urinating in. Rather it is built for the remembrance of Allah and prayer.'" Then he called for a large vessel of water and poured it over the place where he had urinated." (Hasan)

"We were sitting with the Prophet (saw) and he had a stick in his hand. He scratched in the ground with it, then raised his head and said: 'There is no one among you but his place in Paradise or Hell has already been decreed.' He was asked: 'O Messenger of Allah, should we not then rely on that?' He said: 'No, strive and do not rely upon that, for it will be made easy for each person to do that for which he was created.' Then he recited: "As for him who gives (in charity) and keeps his duty to Allah and fears Him, And believes in Al-Husna. We will make smooth for him the path of ease (goodness). But he who is a greedy miser and thinks himself self-sufficient. And denies Al-Husna. We will make smooth for him the path for evil."(92:5-10) (Sahih)

"The Messenger of Allah (saw) forbade us to urinate while standing." (Daif)
I heard Muhammad (SAW) bin Yazid, Abu Abdullah,*say: "I heard Ahmad bin Abdur-Rahman Al-Makhzumi say: Sufyan Ath-Thawri said concerning the Hadith of Aishah - 'I (always) saw him urinating whilst sitting down' - a man knows more about that (about such matters) than she.' Ahmad bin Abdur-Rahman said: 'It was the custom of the Arabs to urinate while standing up. Do you not see that in the Hadith of Abdur-Rahman bin Hasanah it was said: 'He sits down to urinate as a woman does.'"**
*That is, Ibn Majah.

From: Sahih Bukhari. Chapter 12, Characteristics of Prayer
Narrated/Authority of Saiyar bin Salama
My father and I went to Abu Barza-al-Aslami to ask him about the stated times for the prayers. He replied, "The Prophet used to offer the Zuhr prayer when the sun just declined from its highest position at noon; the 'Asr at a time when if a man went to the farthest place in Medina (after praying) he would find the sun still hot (bright). (The sub narrator said: I have forgotten what Abu Barza said about the Maghrib prayer). The Prophet never found any harm in delaying the 'Isha' prayer to the first third of the night and he never liked to sleep before it and to talk after it. He used to offer the morning prayer at a time when after finishing it one could recognize the person sitting beside him and used to recite between 60 to 100 verses in one or both the Rakat."

While Allah's Apostle was sitting in the mosque with some people, three men came. Two of them came in front of Allah's Apostle and the third one went away. The two persons kept on standing before Allah's Apostle for a while and then one of them found a place in the circle and sat there while the other sat behind the gathering, and the third one went away. When Allah's Apostle finished his preaching, he said, "Shall I tell you about these three persons? One of them be-took himself to Allah, so Allah took him into His grace and mercy and accommodated him, the second felt shy from Allah, so Allah sheltered Him in His mercy (and did not punish him), while the third turned his face from Allah and went away, so Allah turned His face from him likewise. I along with my father went to Abu- Barza Al-Aslarrni and my father asked him, "How Allah's Apostle used to offer the five compulsory congregational prayers?" Abu- Barza said, "The Prophet used to pray the Zuhr prayer which you (people) call the first one at mid-day when the sun had just declined The Asr prayer at a time when after the prayer, a man could go to the house at the farthest place in Medina (and arrive) while the sun was still hot. (I forgot about the Maghrib prayer). The Prophet Loved to delay the 'Isha which you call Al- Atama and he disliked sleeping before it and speaking after it. After the Fajr prayer he used to leave when a man could recognize the one sitting beside him and he used to recite between 60 to 100 Ayat (in the Fajr prayer).
