the Muadhdhin of the Messenger of Allah (saw) from his father,: that the Messenger of Allah (saw) enjoined Sadaqatul-Fitr, one Sa of dates, one Sa of barley, or one Sa of Sult (a kind of barley without skin on it, resembling wheat). Sahih
