Narrated/Authority of Abdul-Malik bin Minhal
from his father that: The Messenger of Allah (saw) used to enjoin fasting the bright days - the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth (when the moon is full). He said: "It is like fasting for a lifetime." Sahih
