Narrated/Authority of Aisha

"While I was menstruating, I would nibble meat from a bone and the Messenger of Allah (saw) would put his mouth where mine had been. And while I was menstruating, I would drink from a vessel and he would put his mouth where mine had been." (Sahih)

Remembrance said in the morning and evening
اللّهُـمَّ إِنِّـي أَصْبَـحْتُ أَُشْـهِدُك ، وَأُشْـهِدُ حَمَلَـةَ عَـرْشِـك ، وَمَلائِكَتِك ، وَجَمـيعَ خَلْـقِك ، أَنَّـكَ أَنْـتَ اللهُ لا إلهَ إلاّ أَنْـتَ وَحْـدَكَ لا شَريكَ لَـك ، وَأَنَّ ُ مُحَمّـداً عَبْـدُكَ وَرَسـولُـك .(أربع مرات حينَ يصْبِح أوْ يمسي)
O Allah, verily I have reached the morning and call on You, the bearers of Your throne, Your angels, and all of Your creation to witness that You are Allah, none has the right to be worshipped except You, alone, without partner and that Muhammad is Your Servant and Messenger. (Four times in the morning and evening.)
Note: for the evening, one reads (amsaytu) instead of (asbahtu).
