Narrated/Authority of Ubai bin Kab
"The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'There is a devil for ablution who is called Walahan, so be on guard against the insinuating thoughts (Waswas) about water.'"* (Daif)
*Meaning: "That prompt you to waste water."
