Narrated: Ubaidullah bin Jarir From Sunan Ibn Majah
that his father said: that his father said:"The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'There is no people among whom sins are committed when they are stronger and of a higher status (i.e. they have the power and ability to stop the sinners) and they do not change them, but Allah will send His punishment upon them all.'"
