This hadith has been narrated by Mus'ab b. Shaiba with the same chain of transmitters except for these words:" His father said: I forgot the tenth one."
Ar-Raqeeb: The Watchful One
The Watcher, The One that nothing is absent from Him. Hence it's meaning is related to the attribute of Knowledge.

سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وبِحَمْدِهِ (حين يصبح وحين يمسي)
Abu Hurayrah reported that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: Whoever says at morning and evening time: How perfect Allah is and I praise Him. ...one hundred times, none shall come on the Day of Resurrection with anything better except someone who has said the same or even more.
