The Names of Allah (swt)

اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُ
Allah! There is no god but He. (2:255)
وَلِلّهِ الأَسْمَاء الْحُسْنَى فَادْعُوهُ بِهَا وَذَرُواْ الَّذِينَ يُلْحِدُونَ فِي
And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them. And leave [the company of] those who practice deviation concerning His names. They will be recompensed for what they have been doing. (7:180)
اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ لَهُ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَىٰ
Allah! There is no Allah save Him. His are the most beautiful names. (20:7)
هُوَ اللَّهُ الْخَالِقُ الْبَارِئُ الْمُصَوِّرُ ۖ لَهُ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَىٰ ۚ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
He is Allah, the Creator, the Shaper out of naught, the Fashioner. His are the most beautiful names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorifieth Him, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. (59:24)

No: 8   الْمُھَیْمِنُ
Al-Muhaymin: The Preserver of Safety
Meaning: The One who witnesses the saying and deeds of His creatures

No: 9   الْعَزِیزُ
Al-'Aziz: The Mighty One
Meaning: The Strong, The Defeater who is not defeated
Found In Quraan Ayah(s): (3:6)(4:15 8)(9:40)(4 8:7)

No: 10   الْجَبَّارُ
Al-Jabbar: The Omnipotent One
Meaning: The One that nothing happens in His Dominion except that which He willed
Found In Quraan Ayah(s): (59:23)

No: 11   الْمُتَكَبِّرُ
Al-Mutakabbir: The Dominant One
Meaning: The One who is clear from the attributes of the creatures and from resembling them.

No: 12   الْخَالِقُ
Al-Khaaliq: The Creator
Meaning: The One who brings everything from nonexistence to existence

No: 13   الْبَارِئُ
Al-Baari: The Evolver
Meaning: The Maker, The Creator who has the Power to turn the entities.

No: 14   الْمُصَوِّرُ
Al-Musawwir: The Flawless Shaper
Meaning: The One who forms His creatures in different pictures.

Narrated: Jabir
Allah's Apostle gave pre-emption (to the partner) in every joint property, but if the boundaries of the property were demarcated or the ways and streets were fixed, then there was no pre-emption.

Narrated: Abu Huraira
that a man said to the Prophet, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam: "Advise me! "The Prophet said, "Do not become angry and furious." The man asked (the same) again and again, and the Prophet said in each case, "Do not become angry and furious." [Al-Bukhari; Vol. 8 No. 137]

Supplication said after the last tashahhud and before salam
اللّهُـمَّ إِنِّـي ظَلَـمْتُ نَفْسـي ظُلْمـاً كَثـيراً وَلا يَغْـفِرُ الذُّنـوبَ إِلاّ أَنْت ، فَاغْـفِر لي مَغْـفِرَةً مِنْ عِنْـدِك وَارْحَمْـني، إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الغَـفورُ الرَّحـيم

O Allah, I have indeed oppressed my soul excessively and none can forgive sin except You, so forgive me a forgiveness from Yourself and have mercy upon me. Surely, You are The Most-Forgiving, The Most-Merciful. From Yourself: i.e. from Your innermost grace without deserving it and a forgiveness which is befitting to your tremendous generosity.
